​CIGNA Clients: Partial Coverage Available Through Our Partnership with Wildflower
We are proud to partner with Wildflower Health to offer partial coverage for CIGNA members for lactation-focused visits. A $50 medical services fee applies to all initial CIGNA visits. All Other Plans: Self Pay with Superbill

All visits are fee-for-service (self-pay or FSA/HSA). We provide a detailed Superbill with medical coding, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. While we do not bill insurance directly, many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their health insurance plan.

​Insurance Alternative: Out of Network "Gap Exemption"

If your health insurance plan does not include an in-network provider for your specific medical or lactation-related needs, you may be eligible to request a Gap Exception (also known as a Gap Exemption).
