Financial Policy

All visits are fee for service unless pre-approved through The Lactation Network or Wildflower for insurance coverage. HSA/FSA cards are accepted unless prohibited by your plan or a Superbill can be provided (for most services) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Deposits, Booking Fees and Visit Fees

A deposit is due at time of booking for self-pay visits and full payment is due 24 hours ahead of your visit. Appointment day/time is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Insurance pre-approved home visits will incur a $50 travel fee (not covered by insurance).

After Hours Visits

Availability for after-hours visits is limited. You may request an after hours visit and addition fee will apply whether self-pay or insurance pre-approved through TLN.

After Hours Telehealth: Mon - Thurs 06:00-09:00 PM (EST) and Weekends 09:00 AM-3:00 PM (EST) - +$25

Medicare/Medicaid and Low Income Families

We strive to provide care for all and do offer a limited number of discounted visits for families with financial challenges. Please inquire if financial constraints are keeping you from seeking care.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy 

Cancellations >24 hours before scheduled appointment time: Any fees paid will be refunded in full via original payment method minus any processing charges charged by the payment processor (typically 2.9% + $0.30).

Cancellations <24 hours before scheduled appointment time: Cancellation fee is $50. Any fees paid in excess of $50 will be refunded via original payment method. If fees paid are <$50, the balance will be charged to your credit card on file or you will be invoiced if you are a TLN pre-approved client. 

No Shows: There is no refund for telehealth visit no shows. For telehealth visits if you are having difficulty connecting please reach out via contact information below and an alternative way of connecting will be provided. For no shows, your credit card on file will be charged the full visit fee whether you are self-pay or TLN pre-approved.

Concierge Lab Package Cancellation: For cancellation BEFORE labs are drawn, a full refund will be provided. There is no refund after labs have already been drawn.
