Self-Pay Visits

All visits are fee-for-sevice unless pre-approved for partial coverage. A paylink will be sent for your visit fee and payment is due 24 hours ahead of appointment. A Superbill with medical coding will be provided for submission to insurance for potential reimbursement.

Insurance Pre-approved Visits

Jennifer Gerard, APRN, FNP, IBCLC is partnered with Wildflower to provide partial insurance coverage ($100 per visit) for CIGNA clients to cover the lactation-services portion of their visit. Remaining balance reflects the APRN services portion of your visit and is client responsibility. A paylink will be sent for your visit fee and payment is due 24 hours ahead of appointment.​​​

Cancellation and No-Show Policy 

Cancellations >24 hours before scheduled appointment time: Any fees paid will be refunded in full via original payment method minus any processing charges charged by the payment processor (typically 2.9% + $0.30).

Cancellations <24 hours before scheduled appointment time: Cancellation fee is $50.  If fees paid are <$50, the balance will be charged to your credit card on file or you will be invoiced. Payment is due upon request. 

No Shows: There is no refund for no shows. For telehealth visits if you are having difficulty connecting please reach out via contact information below and an alternative way of connecting will be provided. For no shows, your credit card on file will be charged the full visit fee whether you are self-pay or insurance pre-approved.
