SERVICES
Telehealth services are by appointment only and for non-emergent conditions. For advanced lactation services, you agree that you are physically present in a State the Provider has practice privileges and proof may be required before visit can be initiated.
USER ACCOUNTS
Clients will establish private portal access when services are requested. Access will be via a unique link sent to the email you provide and should not be shared.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damage, whether arising in contract, warrant, tort or otherwise. We are not responsible for delay or failure of performance of any part of the Website or services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
