I’ll come to you to evaluate any feeding concerns and provide you with an individualized plan to help you achieve your goals. Includes 2 week of email/text support. In-home lactation consultations are available to families in the Greenville-Spartanburg, SC area and are limited to babies less than one month old. Self Pay/FSA: $250* (Initial ) or $200* (Follow Up) TLN pre-approved: $50** Home Visit Convenience Fee Not pre-approved? Please inquire on availability before booking if you are >20 miles from Pelham Medical Center. If available, extended travel fee is $2/mile >40 miles round trip. ** TLN home visit convenience fee waived if you are willing to do a no-charge telehealth Intake Visit at least a day before your appointment (Intake Visits are not available with United HealthCare insurance).
