Service Description

Initial consultation (up to 90 minutes): $225 Established Clients - Follow up consultation (up to 60 minutes): $175 Established Clients - Mini consult (up to 30 minutes): $125 Pre-approved TLN clients: Visit fee is covered 100%. Client is responsible for $50 booking fee. Travel of up to 30 miles round trip from Pelham Medical Center is included in pricing. Travel in excess of 30 miles round trip will incur a travel fee of $2/mile. Service area (Upstate SC): Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Lyman, Duncan, Woodruff, Lyman, Traveler's Rest and Boiling Springs. After hours or weekend appointments may be available for an additional $75 After Hours fee. Please text 817-866-4606 to inquire on availability. In general, this consultation should be covered by your insurance company under the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. You are welcome to pay the visit fee with your FSA/HSA card or we can provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly. In general, insurance does not cover travel fees.
