Service Description
Initial virtual visit: $175 Follow up virtual visit: $125 TLN pre-approved clients: Visit fee is covered 100%. Client is responsible for $25 booking fee. A virtual consultation with an IBCLC for clients who would like to exclusively pump. Consult includes flange fitting, pump set up or trouble shooting, storage and hygiene guidance and individualized plan. Full visit details: https://www.advancedlactationcare.com/services In general, this consultation should be covered by your insurance company under the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. You are welcome to pay the visit fee with your FSA/HSA card or we can provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly. In general, insurance does not cover travel fees.
