Service Description

Self-pay: $200 TLN pre-approved: Visit fee is covered 100%. Client is responsible for $50 booking fee. An in-home consultation with an IBCLC for clients who would like to exclusively pump. Consult includes flange fitting, pump set up or trouble shooting, storage and hygiene guidance and individualized plan. Travel of up to 30 miles round trip from Pelham Medical Center is included in pricing. Travel in excess of 30 miles will incur at $2/mile travel fee. Service area (Upstate SC): Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Lyman, Duncan, Woodruff, Lyman, Traveler's Rest and Boiling Springs. You are welcome to pay the visit fee with your FSA/HSA card or we can provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly. In general, insurance does not cover travel fees.
