Service Description
A virtual consultation with an IBCLC for clients who would like to plan for maintaining lactation when back at work. Consult includes flange fitting, pump set up assistance or trouble shooting, storage and hygiene guidance and individualized plan. Self pay: $175 TLN pre-approved: Visit fee is covered 100%. Client is responsible for $25 booking fee. It is recommended to book this visit several weeks before returning to work to allow ample time for preparation. Full visit details: https://www.advancedlactationcare.com/services In general, this consultation should be covered by your insurance company under the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. You are welcome to pay the visit fee with your FSA/HSA card or we can provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly. In general, insurance does not cover travel fees.
