Service Description

An in-home consultation with an IBCLC for clients who would like to plan for maintaining lactation when back at work. Consult includes flange fitting, pump set up assistance or trouble shooting, storage and hygiene guidance and individualized plan. Self pay: $200 TLN pre-approved: Visit fee is 100% covered. Client is responsible for $50 booking fee. It is recommended to book this visit several weeks before returning to work to allow ample time for preparation. Travel of up to 30 miles round trip from Pelham Medical Center is included in pricing. Travel in excess of 30 miles will incur a travel fee of $2/mile. Service area (Upstate SC): Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Lyman, Duncan, Woodruff, Lyman, Traveler's Rest and Boiling Springs. You are welcome to pay the visit fee with your FSA/HSA card or we can provide a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly.
