Add on: Lab Result Follow Up

Service Description

If you had labs drawn through the Concierge Lab Package, this is a $0 visit as follow up was included in package pricing. If you are an established client and not submitting a superbill to insurance, you are welcome to do this visit over the phone if you prefer. This visit is appropriate if: #1 - If you elected to receive a lab order from me to draw at the center of your choice, you must book and pay for a Lab Result Follow Up visit before order will be provided in order to assure continuity of care. You will be responsible for locating a lab draw center near you that with accept an order from (and send results to) a provider not in their network. Therefore, I highly recommend you do all labs through the Concierge Lab Package to assure transparent pricing, timely results sent to me and effective communication of those results to you. #2 - You have had labs drawn with another provider and you would like to me to review and discuss the results with you. You will need to upload a copy of the results to the secure portal. I do not review or interpret genetic testing and some specialty labs. No medical care (or prescription) will be provided at this visit and it is strictly for lab discussion. Please reach out if you have questions!
