Service Description

Lab work (if indicated and/or desired) is an additional charge and available as an add-on service to a scheduled visit. All-inclusive Concierge Lab Packages are available and include: lab order, draw fee, individualized panel of bloodwork, Provider interpretation and follow up to discuss results. Cost varies depending on labs and payment is due at time of ordering but you will always know your cost up front. COMMON LABS AND PANELS: Anemia Panel Breastmilk Culture Chronic Low Milk Supply Panel Diabetes Screening General Wellness Panel Prolactin Thyroid Antibodies Thyroid Panel All bloodwork panels are individualized to your history, risk factors and health conditions. Cost will vary so please contact us for specific pricing. All pricing is transparent and you will know your cost before order is provided. Pricing is subject to change and quote is good for 14 days. Package is self-pay. You are welcome to use your FSA/HSA card or we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. For cancellation of Concierge Lab Package BEFORE labs are drawn, a full refund will be provided minus a $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund after labs are drawn.
